Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to Quran Clarity Academy, operated by Quran Clarity Academy. By arranging an assessment, trial, or paid class, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.

Service description

Quran Clarity Academy provides online Quran classes for children, with recitation, tajweed, meaning in every lesson, one trusted teacher wherever possible, and Sunday reports for parents.

Scheduling and communication

Assessments, trials, class times, support, and routine parent communication are arranged through email or WhatsApp. Parents should keep contact details current and reply promptly when a schedule needs confirmation.

Payment terms

You only pay after the free assessment and trial. Billing is monthly, and parents receive a clear written receipt. Prices and local billing details are confirmed before enrolment.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by email or WhatsApp. Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on billing stops, missed lessons, and refund timing.

Class conduct and recordings

Classes should stay respectful, focused, and suitable for children. Recording requires parent or guardian consent and should be documented before recording begins. Recordings and student materials must not be shared publicly.

Parent responsibilities

• Provide appropriate supervision for younger children.
• Make sure the child has a working device, internet connection, and quiet space where possible.
• Tell us as early as possible if a lesson will be missed.
• Share any learning, health, safety, or scheduling context that helps us support the child responsibly.

Materials and intellectual property

Lesson notes, reports, templates, and academy materials belong to Quran Clarity Academy or their respective owners. Families may use them for the enrolled child's learning, but may not resell, publish, or redistribute them.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quran Clarity Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
